Quality

Globalisation and digitalisation are key factors in driving internationalisation so the quality of translation management plays a central role alongside “casualness”. As a result, our project managers follow a structured guideline for reliable project processing at all times. Managing the project in a sophisticated manner allows us to adapt workflows to meet the customer’s orders, needs and requests.

  • Certification for specialised translation and revision according to ISO 17100 (revision by a second person)

  • Our quality centre in Leipzig guarantees high linguistic quality

Quality manager:
QA check and evaluation

The quality of the translations is checked and evaluated according to the following points within the QA check. These specifications also provide the feedback criteria both our project managers and customers can use to evaluate the translations (0-100 points)

  • Software-based verification – always carried out by the PM (consistent/complete translation, terminology, numbers/punctuation
    spaces and tagging)

  • Manual linguistic checks – carried out at random and at regular intervals by another translator
(spelling/grammar/syntax, style/content of the source text/comprehensibility, adequacy of language registers
    and style guidelines)

  • Other manual checks – carried out at random by the PM
(foreign language layout, project-specific requirements, communication/workflow, adherence to delivery deadlines)
