There are currently twelve of us working in translation management in Schweinfurt. Our diverse professional backgrounds range from trained office clerks to translators and graduate engineers. A good half of the team is around 35 years old. The average length of service is 9 years. We are managed as an SME and are an affiliate of the t’works Group – a large internationally positioned language service provider with around 150 permanent in-house translators at 10 language hubs in Berlin, Leipzig, Landshut/Geisenhausen, Sheffield, Edinburgh, Mulhouse, Lyon, Utrecht, Verona and Toronto as well as 16 strategic translation partners with about 350 in-house linguists at 18 locations worldwide.

Carola Rottmann

Carola Rottmann, project manager at EnssnerZeitgeist Translations GmbH in Schweinfurt since 2007. As a trained office administrator, she worked for 25 years in sales and inventory management in the outdoor advertising sector and then made the change to join the translation industry. In her free time she likes going on day trips with her friends or family and enjoys hiking.

Tina Bayer, M.A. English Language and Literature. She has been with EnssnerZeitgeist Translations since 2012 and has been working in project management for key accounts since 2014. She also provides internal support for project managers and translators with issues regarding CAT tools and Business Manager.

Karin Köpke

Karin Köpke has been working for Enssner Zeitgeist in project management since March 2009. In addition to her tasks in this area, she is the quality management officer for EZ. After her apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at FAG Kugelfischer, she continued studying at night school to become a business economist (VWA). Her 25 years of professional experience in the field of technical purchasing in industry and electrical wholesale are also of benefit here. In her free time she likes going dancing, baking cakes and relaxing with yoga.

Katja Sabelfeld

Since graduating as a state-certified translator in 2016, Katja Sabelfeld has been working at EnssnerZeitgeist as a project assistant/project manager for key accounts. Her hobbies include reading, learning languages and travelling, as well as doing working with and for her community as part of a youth group.

Linda Sidera

Linda Sidera completed her apprenticeship at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Schweinfurt as a management assistant in office communication. She has been working at the company in the back office, billing and administration department since 2006. In her free time she likes salsa dancing and goes jogging every now and again.

Sebastian Schebler

Sebastian Schebler has been working as a commercial-linguistic employee in project assistance for translations and terminology management at EnssnerZeitgeist Translations GmbH in Schweinfurt since October 2019. During his two-year development volunteer service in Nicaragua (2009-2011) he discovered his passion and talent for foreign languages, whereby he found Spanish particularly appealing. He brings a wealth of language skills to the table as a certified Spanish translator (IHK Düsseldorf), state-certified foreign language correspondent for English and French (Regensburger Fremdsprachenschule) and through his bachelor’s degree in technical translation (business/technology) from the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt. His private interests include football, travel and music. Through his participation on various student representation bodies, he was able to actively shape life at university.
